How To Participate?
How does the event and the platform work?
Expo Business
EXPO PY, Negocios is a B2B networking event whose preparatory phase takes place through an online platform that allows you to:
- Access the list of participating companies (national and international) along with their respective profiles
- Manage B2B networking meetings (in-person and virtual) autonomously, before the event and from your office
- As a result of this process, you will have an organized Agenda during the event days, with scheduled dates, times, and meeting tables adjusted to your availability. Virtual meetings will be conducted via the platform.
Step 1: Registration
- A company representative (Agenda Coordinator) registers the company’s information, and describes its activities, products, and commercial interests.
- The Agenda Coordinator will have access to the list of all registered companies starting from the date indicated in the schedule.
- They will receive an email with personalized access credentials to enter the platform.
Step 2: Schedule Preparation
- EXPO PY, Negocios will enable the agenda preparation phase according to the date established in the schedule.
- The Agenda Coordinator will receive a reminder email notifying the start of this phase.
Step 3: Meeting Request
- EXPO PY, Negocios will enable the agenda preparation phase according to the date established in the schedule.

- The meeting request phase begins 3 weeks before the event.
- It is recommended to wait until the majority of companies have registered. The Organization will inform you of the ideal time to begin this task.
- All Agenda Coordinators must request meetings and will continuously receive meeting requests by email. They must accept or reject each request.
Step 4: Meeting Confirmation
- The platform schedules and assigns a table number for each confirmed meeting.
- In the case of virtual meetings, the platform generates an automatic link.
- Your agenda is updated in real time and will always be visible.
Event Attendance
- On the day of the event, the Agenda Coordinator and company guests must attend the EXPO PY 2025 event hall.
- Our customer service team will welcome and guide you so that all your meetings are conducted in an organized manner.
Commitments of Registered Participants
- The first commitment assumed by every registered company is that its Agenda Coordinator must request, accept, or reject meetings.
- The second commitment is that a representative (the Agenda Coordinator or a guest) must attend and fulfill 100% of the confirmed agenda.
- A positive participation experience depends on all registered participants — simply by fulfilling the two commitments outlined above.

Who can participate?
- It is multisectoral. All types of companies and entities can participate — including industrial, agropecuarian, commercial, service providers, organizations, and institutions — with diverse business interests.
How Do I register?
- Registrations are made through the platform designated for the event. On this website, you will find the registration buttons. Select your participation profile.
Can more than one person from the same company participate?
- Yes, as Guests. The Guest can also follow the agenda organized by the Agenda Coordinator.
- If two people from the same company wish to manage meetings with separate agendas, they can do so. They just need to register independently as Agenda Coordinators for the same company.
Where is the event hall located? Do I need to enter the exhibition grounds?
- Yes, the event hall for EXPO PY, Negocios is located within the exhibition grounds. You must enter through gate 3; the event hall is just a few meters away from it.
Will parking be available?
- Yes, within the grounds (Ex IPS), in front of the main entrance to EXPO PY. The Agenda Coordinator and Guests with confirmed agendas will receive a free parking access pass.
Is there a cost to register?

National and international companies can register for free, but their representatives must commit to two responsibilities. They must:
- Request, accept, or reject received meetings (Agenda Coordinator )
- Attend and fulfill 100% of the confirmed agenda (Agenda Coordinator or Guest )
